Class recordings
By participating in an online lesson, students and parents/guardians acknowledge and consent to the recording of sessions where recording has been enabled by LOOMI.
For students under 18 years of age, consent is provided by the parent or legal guardian when enrolling the student in our services.
Storing recordings
Recordings are stored using secure third-party platforms and are protected through reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Lesson recordings may be retained for up to 14 days from the date of recording, or longer where required for legal, regulatory, safeguarding, insurance, or dispute-resolution purposes. After this period, recordings may be securely deleted or anonymized.
